Q: What are your standard UK delivery charges?
We’ve tried to make our delivery charges as fair and cost effective for our customers as possible, so the cost will relate to the weight of your order. What’s more, UK Mainland and Isle of Wight delivery is FREE with all orders of £75+ (excluding VAT).

Orders up to the value of £75 are priced as follows (includes VAT at the standard rate of 20%):
Orders up to 2kg Second Class - £4.75 P&P* (Ideal for non urgent items over 500g and up to 2kg.)
Orders up to 500g - £3.95 P&P*
Orders 501g-1000g - £4.95 P&P*
Orders of 1.5kg-20kg / Next Day Courier - £5.95 P&P* 
Orders of £75+ (exc VAT) - FREE*

*These charges apply to the UK Mainland and Isle of Wight only.

HIGHLANDS, ISLANDS AND OVERSEAS ORDERS: When placing an online order, quotations for highlands, islands and overseas shipping will be produced automatically. For a shipping and taxes estimate, select your products then, when viewing the contents of your Shopping Cart, select 'Estimate Shipping & Taxes' and choose your destination from the drop-down menus. Should you wish to proceed with one of the estimates provided, select it and Apply Shipping prior to checkout. Alternatively, please telephone the office on +44 1780 721470 to discuss your requirements.

For orders sent overseas by Royal Mail Airmail services, please allow up to at least 20 working days (for items posted to Europe) or 25 working days (for items to the rest of the world) have passed from the due delivery date for your parcel to arrive.

FAST TRACK OPTIONS: We also offer a range of fast-track delivery options to many destinations during the checkout process. If you require guaranteed delivery of your goods next day, please ensure you complete your order by 2pm and select your preferred Next Day Service. Orders received after 2pm may still be despatched the same day and, if your order is placed Monday-Thursday, may still be received the next day – but we cannot guarantee this will be the case. 

All weekend orders are dispatched on Monday. Special delivery options may apply during Bank Holidays and over the Easter and Christmas Holiday periods. 

Q: How long do orders with standard UK delivery take to arrive?
Orders up to 1kg are sent by First Class Royal Mail and normally arrive next working day (including Saturdays). Orders sent by Second Class Royal Mail should take between 2-3 working days. However, please allow up to 14 days. If you require faster delivery, please place your order before 2pm and select the Next Day Service.

Orders over 1kg are despatched by either courier** (UK Mail or Interlink Express for next day delivery if you place your order before 2pm Monday to Thursday) or Royal Mail according to your shipping selection. Courier delivery orders placed on Fridays prior to 2pm will be delivered the next working day. Orders placed after 2pm may not be despatched until Monday.

**Northern Ireland, Scottish Highland, Channel Island and Isle of Man deliveries over 1kg will be sent by Royal Mail service.

Q: What is Spautopia's returns policy?
Should you wish to return your order, you must do so with 14 days of receipt of the goods. The return of non-faulty goods can only be accepted provided they are in their original packaging and in a saleable condition. You are responsible for the safe return of the goods and this cost must be borne by you, the customer. Please notify Spautopia that the goods are to be returned by completing the online returns form (click on the Customer Service section for details) and ensure they are accompanied by their original invoice number. A refund will be issued only once we have received the goods in a satisfactory condition. Should you be in receipt of faulty or incorrect goods, please contact the Spautopia office by telephone, email or using the online returns form, so that collection/replacement can be organised.

Q: What happens if I need to cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled prior to dispatch free of charge. Orders cancelled after dispatch will be subject to the terms outlined above (see What is Spautopia's returns policy?) for the return of non-faulty goods.

Q: How are refunds issued?
Refunds will be issued via the same payment method with which the order was placed. Please allow up to five working days for it to be credited. Please note, we are obliged to wait the full duration of specified Royal Mail delivery service times before claims for non-arrival of parcels can be considered or processed.
